Caroline’s appointment represents another key milestone on Xcel’s 1000 day plan and 2017 is exceeding all expectations. Nicola Hartland, CEO, explains:
“We’re into our fourth year of continued expansion and 2017 is already ahead of schedule. We’ve generated over £100 million of sales opportunities for clients since launch and created a world class team in the process. We’re set to become one of the most desirable employers in the county.”
Caroline brings an innate ability for collaboration and camaraderie. In her previous role as a Police Officer, she brought together multiple teams across various agencies – from senior army staff through to high-court judges. She’s also well versed in high-pressure environments having handled an array of complex cases and hundreds of 999 calls.
She explains that Nicola’s tenacity was a deciding factor in her decision to join Xcel:
“I found Nicola’s approach to be inspiring. She’s developed the business from a bedroom to the boardroom and worked tirelessly to clean up the perception of the sales industry. It’s the right time to get involved and build on the successes so far.”
One of Caroline’s main aims is to create a working environment that “rivals Google for its teamwork and positivity”.
“When you walk into the office for the first time, you immediately notice the buzz – the place is full of energy. I’ll build on that and set Xcel apart as the most desirable employer in Hampshire.”
Craig Williams, Director, adds: “We’re delighted to welcome Caroline to Xcel Sales. As a company we pride ourselves on the output and results we deliver to our clients and her appointment as operations manager further underlines our commitment to our clients. We’re certain she will develop our sales team and become a pivotal member of the management structure.”
Xcel’s remarkable journey continues.
